*Please provide as much detail as possible, including any fault codes that are showing on the display. In the case of any breakages, please list any items that are broken.

Please specify ALL SYMPTOMS you are experiencing, as the engineer is only able to repair the reported faults.

Payment will be taken by the engineer.

The engineer will be unable to carry out the repair if payment can not be made and you may be liable for a wasted visit charge. Please let us know if we need to contact you prior to the engineer's visit to take payment in advance.
