We have very simple pricing and will charge a flat fee for the repair, excluding any replacement parts. Please take a look at our price list for your area. |
What am I paying for? |
All repairs are charged on a fixed-rate labour charge basis and so you pay a flat fee for the repair of your appliance. In the unlikely event that our engineer cannot fix the fault on his first visit, you do not pay for the subsequent visits. It is our aim to repair the appliance on the first visit so care is taken by us in obtaining complete and accurate fault information so that the engineer can have the necessary spare parts when he visits the appliance.
Genuine manufacturer spare parts are used whenever possible and all repairs are covered for a period of 3 months. |
