We have received your request to book an engineer visit to repair your appliance. We will process this request before the end of the next working day and a confirmation email will be sent out to you.
Our engineer will allocate a 2-3 hour timeslot for your repair on the prior working day. We will inform you of the timeslot by email and text message before 5pm.
If you are not available for the engineer's visit, you may incur a wasted visit charge, which is detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
Our engineer will call you before he arrives at your property to let you know that he is on his way. Calls from our engineers' phones are withheld, so if you want to receive this advance notification please look out for the call. |
